Welcome to Silolobby, a hosting and digital services platform operated by Retehive LLC, a U.S.-registered company.
By creating an account, using, or purchasing any of our services, you (“you”, “your”, or “Customer”) agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”).
If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services immediately.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use our services.

3. Account Registration

• You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

• Unauthorized use of another customer’s account is prohibited.

• You must notify us immediately of any security breach or unauthorized access.

4. Services

Silolobby provides hosting and related services including but not limited to:

• Shared Hosting

• Reseller Hosting

• VPS & Dedicated Hosting

• Email Hosting

• Domain Registration

• SSL Certificates and Add-ons

All services are delivered using enterprise-grade data centers managed by verified partners.

5. Service Activation and Delivery

Upon successful payment, services are provisioned automatically or within a reasonable time frame.
Some services (like domain transfers or dedicated servers) may require manual verification.

6. Billing, Payments & Renewals

• All services are billed automatically and renew by default.

• Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, PayPal, bank transfer, and cryptocurrencies.

• You may cancel renewals through your account dashboard before the renewal date.

• Failure to pay invoices may result in suspension or termination.

7. Refund Policy

• Hosting plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee.

• Domain names, SSL certificates, and third-party products are non-refundable.

• Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

• Chargebacks are prohibited and may lead to account termination.

8. Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all content uploaded, hosted, or transmitted through your account.
Silolobby does not pre-screen content but reserves the right to remove or disable content violating our Acceptable Use Policy.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for:

• Illegal or fraudulent activities.

• Spam or unsolicited bulk emails.

• Hosting adult, obscene, or hateful content.

• Distribution of malware, phishing, or hacking tools.

Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination.

10. Resource Usage Limits

To maintain optimal performance:

• Shared and reseller accounts must not exceed fair usage limits for CPU, memory, or bandwidth.

• Sites consuming excessive resources may be temporarily throttled or migrated to higher plans.

11. Backups & Data Retention

We perform regular backups for internal purposes. However, customers are fully responsible for maintaining their own backups.
We are not liable for data loss under any circumstances.

12. Service Availability

Silolobby guarantees 99.9% uptime, excluding scheduled maintenance or unforeseen outages beyond our control.
Details are covered under the Service Level Agreement (SLA).

13. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Violation of our Terms, AUP, or applicable laws.

• Non-payment.

• Excessive server resource use.

Customers may cancel at any time through the client dashboard.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Silolobby, Retehive LLC, and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the Services.

15. Limitation of Liability

Silolobby and Retehive LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the last twelve (12) months.

16. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware.
Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration under Delaware jurisdiction.
