3. Counter-Notice Procedure

If your content is removed due to a DMCA complaint, you may submit a counter-notice including:

• Identification of the removed content

• Statement under penalty of perjury that the content was removed in error

• Your name, address, and signature

Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the complainant and may restore the content in 10–14 business days unless legal action is filed.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

Accounts that repeatedly infringe copyright will be suspended or terminated.
