⚖️ ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY (AUP)

1. Purpose

The purpose of this Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) is to ensure a safe, secure, and legal environment for all Silolobby customers. All users must comply with this policy when using our services, including hosting, email, domain registration, and related services.

2. Prohibited Activities

Users must not engage in any of the following activities:

2.1 Illegal Activities

• Hosting, distributing, or promoting illegal content or activities

• Fraud, identity theft, or phishing

• Copyright infringement or intellectual property violations

2.2 Spamming and Bulk Email

• Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam)

• Harvesting emails or other data for marketing without consent

• Using Silolobby servers for mass mailing outside our email guidelines

2.3 Malware and Security Violations

• Uploading, distributing, or linking to malware, ransomware, spyware, or viruses

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users’ accounts

• Exploiting security vulnerabilities without permission

2.4 Adult or Offensive Content

• Pornographic, obscene, or offensive material

• Hate speech, harassment, or content inciting violence

2.5 Resource Abuse

• Excessive CPU, memory, or bandwidth usage on shared servers

• Running cryptocurrency mining scripts or other resource-intensive processes without explicit approval

3. Email and Communication Rules

• All hosted email accounts must comply with anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM Act in the U.S.)

• Bulk or marketing emails must use verified opt-in lists

• Email content must not contain malicious links or attachments

4. Enforcement

Silolobby reserves the right to enforce this policy in the following ways:

• Warning the user about violations

• Temporary suspension of services

• Permanent termination of accounts in severe or repeated cases

• Reporting illegal activity to law enforcement agencies

5. Reporting Violations

If you identify abuse or violations, please report it immediately to support@silolobby.com. Include:

• Your contact information

• Description of the violation

• Evidence (logs, screenshots, URLs, email headers)

All reports are treated confidentially and investigated promptly.

6. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

• Ensuring all content and activities comply with this AUP

• Regularly reviewing their accounts for misuse

• Maintaining security of passwords and access credentials

7. Changes to the AUP

Silolobby may update this Acceptable Use Policy at any time. Users will be notified via email or account dashboard of material changes. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated AUP.

8. Governing Law

This policy is governed by United States law and the laws of Delaware. Disputes shall be resolved under these laws.
