Silolobby offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for qualifying hosting plans. Other services such as domain registration, SSL certificates, and add-ons are non-refundable.

2. Eligibility

• Refunds apply only to first-time purchases of shared, reseller, VPS, or dedicated hosting plans.

• Services must be canceled within 30 days of initial purchase.

• Add-ons, domains, and third-party services are excluded.

3. Refund Process

• Submit a refund request via your account dashboard or email to support@silolobby.com.

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

• Accounts terminated or suspended for policy violations are not eligible for a refund.

4. Auto-Renewals

• Renewals are non-refundable once processed.

• Customers must cancel auto-renewal before the renewal date to avoid charges.
